Was Piper at Dunvegan Castle for over forty years, and probably died in
1843. He was married, with issue, a son, Kenneth, who succeeded his
father as Piper at Dunvegan Castle, and was employed in that capacity
until MacLeod of MacLeod went to London in 1845. He was the last
