Alias ''Norman MacLeod'' or ''Norman McInnish'', in the Contullich Papers
1706. In that year, Norman is granted 12 marks allowance during his
life in land. This favour was probably granted by Norman MacLeod 20th
Chief, during his visit to Harris that year. From ''Norman McInnish'' (i.e.,
Norman son of Angus) descend several families, known collectiely as
Clann Tharmaid. He was married, with issue, at least a son, Angus.
