Born about 1436, of whom the Sliochd Alasdair Ruaidh, Clann mac mhic
Alasdair Ruaidh or simply Clann Alasdair Ruaidh, or the MacLeods of
Pabbay, St. Kilda, Varkasaig, Bay, Ballimore (or Balmore) and Gillen.
Alasdair Ruadh was married, but unfortunately we do not possess the
names of his sons and grandsons. One of his grandsons, Mac mhic
Alasdair Ruaidh, was married and had issue, Alexander (or Alasdair
Ruaidh), born about 1532. This Alexander was married, with issue.
