hundred years in 1859. He was buried in the island-graveyard at Snizort,
where a monument was erected to his memory by his son, the Hon John
Donald MacLean of Westerbrook, Queensland, Australia. Donald Married,
as his firt wife, Marion Fletcher, with issue.
He married, as his second wife, Flora Martin (who died in 1822), third
daughter of Alexander Nicolson, [Alexander Nicolson, who was a son of
Alexander Nicolson, Surgeon, Selat (a son of the Rev. Alexander Nicolson,
sometime Episcopal minister Stenschol, Trotternish), and his wife, Mary,
daughter of Angus MacQueen, 3rd of the MacQueens of Totaroam, and
sister of Jane, wife of John MacLeod, 11th of the MacLeods of Raasay,
was married to Marion Martin of the Martins of Marishadder (Martin
Manuscript).], tacksman of Totaroam, with issue.
