Donald Mack''y, or Mackie, son and apparent heir of Jye More, married a
daughter of ------- MacLeod of Lewes, by whom he had four sons. 1.
Angus, his heir. 2. Hutcheon Dou Mackie, who married, and had issue. 3.
------ Martin, of whom it is said the Mackies in Galloway are descended.
4. Neil Mackie, etc.
And it may be observed, that all these brothers were brave and gallant
men, and often fought with remarkable courage and intrepidity against
their enemies.
