Scholar of Exeter College, Oxford. B.A. (Oxon.) 1962 and M.A. Diploma of
Education at Oxford. Appointed Assistant History Master at Epsom
College in 1963 and House Master in 1968. Joint Hon. Secretary with his
wife Susan of the London branch of the Clan MacLeod Society and a
playing member of the Royal Scottish Society of Pipers. He married
Susan Jane Wilsher, who was educated at St. Leonard''s School, St. Andrews
and Somerville College, Oxford. M.A. (Oxon.), with issue.
John and Susan now own a house at Roag, Isle of Skye, on the MacLeod
Estate.
