A graduate of Queen''s University in Arts and Osgoode Hall in Law. Has
written a text on THE LAW OF CANADIAN MUNICPAL CORPORTATIONS as
well as a MUNICIPAL COUNCILLORS HANDBOOK. He is also co-author of
another book on Municipal Planning. He is a councillor of the
Municipality of New York. Like his brother, Norman MacLeod Rogers, he
practices law in Toronto. Ian MacFee Rogers married Lorna Breckon, born
in 1922.
