Lawrence worked as a statastician for Northwestern Bell, formerly
Tristate Telephone. That was where he met his wife Agnes. He worked
there for 42 years until he retired. They lived in White Bear Lake and
moved to Minneapolis after marrying Agnes. He was very close to his
daughter Gerry. She tells me he had wonderfully dry sense of humor.
When he retired, Lawrence and Gerry became golfing partners. They also
joined a bowling league together. He suffered from emphysema but died of
a stroke at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.

ii.1 Geraldine Esther McLeod, born April 01, 1933 in St. Paul,
Minnesota. She married
Burl Elwood Houts September 20, 1952 in Minneapolis, Minnesota
without issue.
Gerry divorced Burl on March 01, 1979. Gerry was a realestate
closer, most recently
for First Security Title in Edina Minnesota. She was the
supervisor for the Egan branch
office. She lived on Prior Lake for 30 years. But in August
1991, faced with another
Minnesota winter, Gerry relocated to Flordia. She purchased a
home just west of St.
Augustine where she contines to live happily today.
